The Monster Energy Supercross 2023 season will begin on January 7, 2023, at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., and culminate on May 13, 2023, at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City.

The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross season starts on May 27 at Fox Raceway in Pala, California, and concludes on August 26 with the Ironman National in Crawfordsville, Indiana, following a one-week hiatus.

In September and October, three races will determine the first SuperMotocross champion.

The combined season's 31 races will be streamed live on the NBC Network at SupercrossTVLive.com.

Each series will have a winner, and points will be used to qualify for the new SuperMotocross Championship (SMX), which starts on September 9, 2023, at a location that will be revealed later. The SMX playoffs round 2 will take place on September 23, 2023, at a different location that will also be disclosed later. The championship event will take place at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where Supercross first debuted in July 1972.
