2024 AMA Supercross Round 16 Injury Report

 

The 2024 AMA Supercross Round 16 will happen in Denver, Colorado, on May 4, 2024. Here, you will know which rider is in the race and who is out. Check out the complete rider injury report.


450SX


Benny Bloss: Arm, Collarbone | Out


Bloss suffered a fracture to his arm and collarbone in a practice crash, according to information released by Beta on Thursday afternoon. He won't be able to compete in the remaining two Supercross rounds.


 
Christian Craig, Elbow, Out


Due to a persistent elbow injury that forced him to end his supercross season early, Craig is getting ready for the AMA Pro Motocross Championship.


 
Logan Karnow: Ankle | Out


Karnow hasn't competed since suffering an ankle injury at Anaheim 1. He will miss the last two games.


Ken Roczen: Leg, Foot, and Out


Due to a shock malfunction, Roczen went down in Nashville, breaking his toe, foot, and tibia. He won't be able to see Supercross anymore.


John Short: Banged Up | In


Short will return to racing this weekend in Denver after taking a serious tumble in Indianapolis.


Aaron Tanti: Thumb | TBD


Tanti was out of several races due to a thumb injury. Although we had been informed a few races prior that he might return for Denver, as of the time of this publication, we had not received an official confirmation of his condition.


 
250SX West Region


Derek Kelley, Arm | Out


Kelley's fractured arm before the season has prevented him from competing in supercross racing this year. He intends to return for Pro Motocross.


Levi Kitchen: Banged Up | In


After a significant collision in Nashville, Kitchen visited the hospital as a precaution. Denver gets him.


 
Garrett Marchbanks: Thumb | Out


During the Nashville race, Marchbank's thumb was injured, so he will be out of the rest of the Supercross races.


Michael Mosiman: Banged Up and Out


Mosima was last played in St. Louis; he is fine now, but his team announced that he will not play the remaining Supercross race. He will play in the motocross.


Luke Neese-Pelvis: Out


Neese recently injured his pelvis in a crash during practice. He is not coming back for any Supercross events.


Max Vohland: Hip | Out


Due to a dislocated hip sustained during practice early this year, Vohland is not available. He was initially anticipated to return sooner, but his recuperation has been challenging.
