2022 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship Round 5 Injury List

 

2022 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship round 5 will commence on 5th February in Glendale, Arizona. Here you will see who will play in the race and who will out. Check the full Glendale Injury Report.

450SX CLASS

Benny Bloss – Collarbone, Ankle | Out

Bloss has suffered severe collarbone and ankle injury before the season; he is looking to return early in the East Coast swing of the series.

Adam Cianciarulo – Knee | Out

Cianciarulo already suffered from a shoulder injury when he came into the season his knee was injured when he raced in San Diego. He will not play in the rest of the Supercross 2022.

Aaron Plessinger – Banged up and Bruised | In

Plessinger crashed and landed on concrete at Anaheim2, resulting in a DNF for the Red Bull KTM. Plessinger commented on Instagram that it was "no big deal" he plays in Glendale.

Joey Savatgy – Knee | Out

Savatgy broke the ACL before Oakland. He tried to make the season tough, but in San Diego, he realized he had to fix it. He is out for the rest of the supercross.

250SX CLASS

Justin Cooper – Foot | Out

Due to a foot injury before the season, the Cooper will not play in the supercross 2022 competition.

Mitchell Falk – Back | Out

Falk has a hernia pressing on the sciatic nerve. He will not play in the 2022 Supercross.

Ryder Floyd – Foot| Out

This week, Floyd posted on Instagram that he will not play in the 2022 Supercross due to a foot injury.

Vince Friese – Tongue | In

Frieze screamed on the Anaheim 2 last Saturday, and when he came back, his face reached the front wheel of Shimoda. It was a bad thing, but luckily for Frieze, the only injury other than the usual pain was when he bit his tongue. He will play in the Glendale race.
 
Seth Hammaker – Back, Spleen | Out

The Hammaker had a severe accident on the eve of the game in San Diego and suffered a third-degree splenic rupture and a pressure fracture in his back. He is out from the Glendale race.

Logan Leitzel – Head, Shoulder | Out

Leitzel has had a head injury for several weeks. While trying to get back to Anaheim 2, he fell and hit his shoulder, and lost consciousness. He will not play in the Glendale 2022 Supercross.

 Ty Masterpool – Wrist | Out

Masterpool Wristband broken Pre-Season, he rides a bike and runs into the corner, but there is no plan to come back currently. 

Colt Nichols – Arms | Out

Nichols crashed into Anaheim 1 and screamed and hurt his arm. He also suffered a back burn that required skin grafting. Right now, he is out from the Supercross 2022 season.

Coty Schock – Collarbone | To Race 250SX East Region

Shock is considering moving to Minneapolis after breaking his collarbone a month ago.

Dilan Schwartz – Shoulder | Out

Swartz crashed on the Anaheim 2 in his heat and sustained a shoulder injury that forced him to sit out all night. He is out from the Glendale race.
