The AMA Supercross San Diego Round 3 was going amazing as Chase Sexton took the lead on Lap 4 and never looked back. It was Sexton's first win of 450SX and that same night that Michael Mosiman took his first win in the 250 west.
Last Season, Sexton won the rookie season until he crashed in Houston, and due to injury, he has missed many races. When Sexton returned, he had finished three podiums in 2022, including at the end of the season in Salt Lake City.
