Craig Set to Race Again at Birmingham Supercross

Christian Craig is set to kick off his 2025 season this weekend as the Monster Energy AMA Supercross comes back after a break in Birmingham, Alabama. He shared the news on his Instagram page.

Craig had to sit out the first nine races of the 2025 season due to off-season knee surgery, which was necessary after an injury at the 2024 Supermotocross Playoffs in Las Vegas.

This weekend will also be his comeback with the Monster Energy/Yamaha Star Racing team. He first signed up with them before the 2021 season, taking home the 2022 250SX West Region championship. He later stepped up to the 450 class with the team in 2023 but then penned a two-year contract with Rockstar Energy Husqvarna ahead of the 2023 season.

Now, after two years with Husqvarna, Craig has sealed a two-year agreement to rejoin Star Racing. In his new role, he'll not only compete in the 450 class but also guide the team's up-and-coming 250 riders.
